At Grounds of Grace, hospitality is about more than serving a great cup of coffee. It’s about noticing people, making them feel welcome, and creating the kind of place where neighbors want to stay awhile.
We’re looking for kind, dependable, and coachable people who care about serving others well. Whether you’ve worked behind an espresso bar for years or you’re completely new to coffee, we’d love to get to know you.
No coffee experience required. A willingness to learn is.

Introduce yourself and send us your resume. No coffee experience? That's okay. We're interested in who you are and your willingness to learn.
2. Tell Us a Little More
If we're currently hiring and your application may be a good fit, we'll email you a few short questions. This gives you time to think about your answers before we talk.
3. Phone Conversation
We'll have a conversation about you, your experience, and what you're looking for. Hospitality is at the heart of Grounds of Grace, so this is also an opportunity for us to get to know how you communicate and connect with others.
4. Come Meet Us
Visit the coffee house, meet the team, and get a look behind the bar. We'll talk through a typical shift, responsibilities, expectations, and what it's really like to work at Grounds of Grace.
5. Welcome to the Team
After thoughtful and prayerful consideration, we'll reach out if we'd like to offer you a position. New team members begin with training designed to help them feel confident behind the bar and at home with the team.

We want Grounds of Grace to be a place where good people can learn, contribute, and grow.
As you gain experience, there may be opportunities to take on greater responsibility and develop into leadership roles within Grounds of Grace. Our current career path includes positions such as Barista, Key Holder, Shift Lead, Manager, and additional leadership opportunities. The existing page identifies several of these roles as advancement possibilities.
