2. Let's Chat Through Writing

If we’re currently hiring, you’ll receive an email response with a few short writing prompts and some of the questions we typically ask during interviews.

We know interviews can feel a little nerve-wracking, so we like to give you a head start!

3. The Phone Interview

This is one of the most important parts of our process. At G.O.G, we believe hospitality is the heartbeat of a great experience—and that warmth can make the coffee taste even better.

We’ll be listening not just to what you say, but how thoughtfully and clearly you share your story.

4. The Sit-Down

Time to meet the crew and see the shop from a barista’s perspective!

We’ll show you around behind the bar, walk you through what a typical shift looks like, and sit down to go over job responsibilities, resources, and what it’s like to be part of our team.

5. The Offer

After prayerful consideration, we’ll let you know if you’ve been selected to join the G.O.G family. Offers come with a 60-day training schedule and a little starter swag to get you going.
