Thanks for finding us. We hope this finds you well.
We’re Jake and Sunny Clough, the owners of Grounds of Grace Coffee House and a couple of people grateful to call Pooler home.
Nearly 15 years ago, when we first met, we never could have imagined the life God was preparing for us. But that’s the beautiful thing about trusting His plan. Sometimes the paths we never expected become the ones that mean the most.
Grounds of Grace is one of those paths.
We dreamed of creating a beautiful coffee house where really good coffee and genuine hospitality could bring people together. But from the beginning, we knew Grounds of Grace was meant to be something more.
G.O.G. is our ministry.
Our hope is that this is a place where people find grace. Where meaningful conversations unfold across the table. Where someone who needs a little encouragement finds it. Where hearts are softened, friendships begin, and the presence of Christ can be felt through something as simple as being welcomed and cared for.
You don't have to walk through our doors believing exactly what we believe to have a seat at the table. Our prayer is simply that while you're here, you feel loved.
Maybe you discover a new favorite coffee. Maybe you meet someone who becomes a friend. Maybe you find a quiet corner and a few minutes of peace. Or maybe you simply stop in on your way somewhere else.
However long you're with us, we hope your time here feels a little brighter.

Our mission may be what brought Grounds of Grace to life, but we also believe hospitality begins with serving something we're proud to put in your hands.
Every cup has a story—from the people who grow the coffee to the people who roast it, prepare it, and finally hand it across our counter to you.
From the Roaster to Your Cup
Our coffee is locally roasted by Cool Beanz in Statesboro, Georgia. Working with a local roaster allows us to serve thoughtfully roasted coffee while supporting another Georgia small business that shares our appreciation for coffee and community.
Housemade Syrups
Some of the details in your drink begin right here at Grounds of Grace. Our house-made syrups are prepared with simple ingredients, including favorites like our homemade lavender syrup and syrups made with pure cane sugar. It's one more way we can put a little extra care into what we serve
