A Few Helpful Details
How much does it cost to reserve Grounds of Grace?
Private gatherings are $75 per hour on weekdays and $85 per hour on weekends. Events held during regular café hours are $100 per hour. Food and beverage requirements apply to all reservations. Ask about after hours reservations.
What food and beverage options are available?
Choose the option that works best for your gathering:
Open Tab / Individual Orders — Guests may purchase their own drinks and food from the café, or the host may keep an open tab for the group.
Rental + F&B Package — Enjoy a drink and fresh pastry for each guest for $12 per person + 20% gratuity.
Can I bring outside food?
Yes. Outside food is welcome with a $80 minimum drink order + 20% gratuity. Fresh pastries are also available through Grounds of Grace.
Does my reservation time include setup?
No. Your reserved event time does not include setup. Please include the time you'll need to prepare the space when planning your reservation.
How many guests can I invite?
We welcome group gatherings of 10 or more guests. Share your expected guest count with us, and we'll help you find the best setup for your gathering.
How do I reserve a date?
Send us an event inquiry with your preferred date, time, guest count, and a little about what you're planning. We'll follow up with availability and help you choose the best rental and food-and-beverage option.
